There is nothing quite like being together under the open sky.
This half-day retreat hosted by Dan & Gemma is a chance to go a bit deeper together in movement, dance and stillness in a magical environment away from the rest of the world.
We come together with a warm & spicy chai tea, moving on to explore a gentle somatic practice & mindful movement before easing into waves of ecstatic dance, silent disco style so that we don't disturb the neighbours, the land or the wildlife.
The dance comes to a close with a 30 minute guided meditation & yoga nidra with live ambient soundscape and then we will take time to enjoy a vegan, gluten free lunch together with more chai and plenty of chatting :)
The gathering is limited to 10 people & takes place on our own magical piece of land near to St Agnes, set next to a valley of locally rare temperate rainforest and down a long (and bumpy) track, it really is the end of the road. Please note this isn't suitable for vans or large vehicles!
If the weather is good we dance outside, if it looks less great we have many spaces to gather indoors.
